Hushoffice presents a new line of hushFree acoustic pods for work and meetings, with a fully refreshed interior and extremely high technical parameters, which will offer employees even more freedom and flexibility to choose the place and the way of work. The new line includes: hushFree.S, hushFree.M and hushFree.L, as well as two acoustic pods adapted for people with mobility disabilities: hushFree.Access.M and hushFree.Acccess.L. Along with the acoustic pods, the offer also includes the hushWall mobile partition wall. All products are available for ordering within the USA as of today.

HushFree.S, hushFree.M and hushFree.L pods offers solutions meeting the parameters of class A, compliant with the ISO 23351-1:2020 standard for office pods, with a fully refreshed interior – new acoustic panels available in eight timeless colors, extremely efficient ventilation systems, new 500 lux lighting at tabletop level, and flexible pod configurations – from empty space to any furniture or an option to use additional furnishings designed by Hushoffice.

HushFree.S – it is a pod for working privately, for longer videoconference and for making phone calls for one person. The pod is equipped with a manually height-adjustable table – this function is easy to use and does not require an additional power supply. It allows work while standing and siting, which supports wellbeing and health. In just a few seconds, the employee may adjust the height of the table to the appropriate level taking into account the task performed. Aesthetically designed LED side lighting of the user’s face ensures better visibility during videoconferences.
HushFree.M – this extremely comfortable acoustic pod offers an ideal space for direct or hybrid meetings, important private conversations, team meetings or creative work. The hushFree.M pod helps increase employee productivity during meetings and conversations or just focusing on work. It can be used for meetings of up to 4 people.
HushFree.L – this acoustic pod is an excellent alternative to traditional conference rooms. It is suitable for business meetings, presentations, larger videoconferences or less formal meetings. It can be used by up to 6 people.

Employees want inclusive workspace

The hushFree.Access.M and hushFree.Access.L are acoustic pods fully adapted to the needs of people with mobility disabilities, including wheelchair users. The pod has a low threshold, enabling easy and comfortable entry, a wide door, and a handle allowing easy pod opening and access to the pod – just pull them towards yourself, without the need to turn your wrist. The pod door can be left or right-handed, which additionally allows you to adapt the pod to the needs of the employees of a given office. The level of closing force of the door is also adjustable. The pods are also equipped with a new LED lighting system with an intensity of 500 lux at tabletop level, offering new acoustic panels in eight colors. Pods allow you to spend much more time in meetings and conversations, both in-person and online, while maintaining focus and guaranteeing speech privacy. Both products are designed for face-to-face or hybrid conversations, discussions that require privacy, team meetings, or creative work. HushFree.Access.L, will also work as an alternative to traditional conference rooms. The interiors of both acoustic pods can be adapted to the requirements of people with disabilities or specific needs of employees. Both pods can also be equipped with any furniture and rearranged when necessary.

The launch of the new Hushoffice products introduces an innovation in the control of pod parameters, available for the entire hushFree line. This is hushAssistant, an intuitive touch panel for controlling lighting and ventilation providing the ability to check current pod reservations or company Wi-Fi network data. HushAssistant allows you to independently select the color and intensity of light (range 2200 – 6500 K) and the efficiency of the fans in the pod, as well as provides ready-made presets:

Automatic – continuously adjusts lighting parameters to the current time of day;
Relax – supporting the rest and wellbeing of the employee;
Focus – adapted to work that requires a lot of concentration;
Video call (exclusive to hushFree.S) – instantly activates the best settings for video conferencing, including the hushFree.S pod side lighting.

An office open to employees

The Hushoffice product collection also includes the hushWall, a mobile partition wall used to easily create office zones while providing a vertical working space. When ordering the wall, you can choose the configuration of each side, with an upholstered panel, a panel with a place to mount a TV and a dry-erase board. The product also has the option of a mobile green wall or a space with shelves for company items.
